At Moonbean Chocolate in Bugolobi, Joy guides you from fresh cocoa pod tasting through cocoa-garden farming, roasting, winnowing, grinding, and tempering. You will make an Aztec-style chocolate drink, shape a topped chocolate bar, and take it home. The two-hour English session suits families, couples, and solo visitors who want more than a standard tasting.
